Jaynes, Managing Partner for Leisure Real Estate Advisors, LLC proudly announced the appointment of Jason Dent, Investment Associate, to the Kansas City office. "It is with great pleasure that we announce Mr. Dent as part of our hotel real estate group. Jason brings a wealth of hospitality real estate expertise to our brokerage group, including actual hands-on hotel operations and ownership experience," commented Mr. Jaynes.

In addition to his new affiliation with Leisure Real Estate Advisors, he is currently a managing partner of Allstay Hospitality Group, of which owns and operates hotels. Along with his oversight role, he is responsible for hotel acquisition and valuation. Jason's operational experience includes every aspect of hotel management, including finance, sales & marketing programs and coordinating renovations. His management and marketing skills are not without merit, in that two of Allstay's hotels have recently enjoyed 25% revenue increases, even in the face of the weakest economy in six decades. Jason's wide ranging knowledge of the hotel industry, including ownership and management, will be a true asset to his clients. "Besides his operational knowledge, we are confident Jason's marketing skills will benefit any owner in the sale of his or her hotel", says Jaynes.

Prior to becoming involved in the hotel business, Jason was heavily involved in Manufactured Housing Community business. His group owned six communities and Jason was active in operations and oversight of these communities, to include serving as manager as needed. The active role he played provided valuable insight into maximizing operating revenues and minimizing expenses, all to increase cash flow. The total experience was not unlike the hotel business and served as a very valuable stepping stone into his present role.
 
Jason received his education at the University of Central Missouri and earned a degree in Finance. While attending UCM, Jason was involved in the Economics and Finance Club. During that time, he also became very well versed in SEO (search engine optimization) techniques, to the extent that he has assisted clients in optimizing their web presence.

Jason resides in Jefferson City, MO and will be responsible for new business development in eastern Missouri and surrounding states.
