Kevin
Maguire as Director of Food & Beverage and Kevin Siegrist as
Director of Catering and Conference Services. The pair, with three
decades
of hospitality experience between them, will be integral to Enchantment
Resort's continued commitment to outstanding service. "Both Directors share a passion for superior service and delivering the optimum food & beverage experiences for our guests." Kevin Maguire With 20 years of experience, Kevin Maguire is responsible for all food and beverage operations at Enchantment Resort and destination spa Mii amo, including Yavapai Restaurant, Tii Gavo, and Mii amo Café. He also oversees room service and banqueting for corporate meetings, executive retreats and special events. Maguire's hire marks a return engagement at Enchantment Resort, where he previously served as Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef from 1995-2000. Maguire brings over 20 years of executive level food and beverage experience to Enchantment Resort and Mii amo with leadership roles at distinguished properties such as the Copley Plaza Hotel in Boston, The St Regis Aspen and the Tides Inn, an Enchantment Group property in Irvington, Virginia. He also served as the Vice President of Operations at a regional steakhouse company based out of the Midwest. Maguire has been featured in Food & Wine, Bon Appetit and on the Food Network. Born and raised near Boston, Massachusetts, Maguire earned a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, and holds honorary memberships in Chaine des Rotisseurs and the James Beard Society. He trained with Boston celebrity chef Lydia Shire and at age 27 was named as Executive Chef of the Copley Plaza Hotel, The Grande Dame of Boston. Kevin Siegrist With 10 years of professional experience at full-service boutique hotels, Kevin Siegrist is responsible for all catering operations at Enchantment Resort, which has more than 33,000 square-feet of functional indoor and outdoor space and recently completed a $4 million renovation of its onsite Meeting Village for conferences, meetings and special occasions amid the beauty of Boynton Canyon. Siegrist arrived at Enchantment Resort from The Hotel Jerome in Aspen, Colorado, where he was Director of Catering for the past three years. Previously, he was Director of Operations at Belmar Center, a vibrant shopping, dining, entertainment and residential district that serves as a downtown for Lakewood, Colorado. Prior to that, he was Director of Catering/Catering Sales Manager at Hotel Monaco Denver, a Kimpton Hotel Group property. Siegrist entered the hospitality industry as a Front Desk Agent at Hotel Monaco Denver while earning his bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from the University of Denver in 2004.
