The newly consolidated EMEA headquarters for FCS, named “FCS House,” represent a significant investment and commitment towards establishing a firm foundation for the company’s anticipated future growth in the EMEA region.
FCS has more than doubled its size in the United Kingdom during the last 12 months, and the new headquarters provide room for continued expansion. Swindon was chosen, because it is within easy reach of Heathrow and London, while Kembrey Park also provides an ideal business environment for FCS. The new office gives FCS the chance to conduct training courses and presentations on its own premises, and clearly shows the commitment to grow its business in the EMEA region.
“By consolidating all of our EMEA operations at a single location here in the United Kingdom, we are able to cut operation costs and reinvest in human resources to better serve our customers in the EMEA region. In addition, we have found it to be a much more efficient strategy in aiding the transference of knowledge between our engineering and sales staff,” says Eric Rogers, Regional Head of EMEA, FCS. “After several years of splitting our operations between Germany and the United Kingdom, we are already seeing the benefits of this decision. The final transition was to establish new office here in the United Kingdom where we can flourish.”
Officiating at the ribbon cutting ceremony, Derek Wood, one of the top global hospitality consultants and HFTP Director, declared the official opening of the new FCS EMEA Headquarters. Derek went on to share how technology has revolutionized and shaped the future of the hospitality industry.
