Hilton
Wilmington, in Wilmington, DE (through selling broker Holliday Fenoglio
Fowler,
L.P.); assumed management responsibilities of the 125-room Comfort Inn
Hunt
Valley, in Hunt Valley, MD, and the 115-room Best Western Plus
Porterville Inn,
in Porterville, CA; and completed the renovation and rebranding of the
135-room
Staybridge Suites Orlando Airport, in Orlando, FL.
