September 8, 2011 - Wyndham Hotel Group today announced the entrance of its Days Inn® brand into Thailand with the signing of a managed Days Hotel in Phuket Town.

The signing will add another 120 rooms to the Days Inn portfolio in the Asia Pacific region, where the brand currently has 44 hotels and more than 7,000 rooms. The hotel will also expand the larger Wyndham Hotel Group portfolio in the region, which consists of more than 385 hotels and over 58,000 rooms under the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts®, Ramada®, Howard Johnson®, Days Inn®, Super 8®, Microtel Inns & Suites® and Dream® hotel brands.

Owned by well-established Phuket retail company, Winpro The Hotel Co., Ltd, the two-storey Days Hotel Phuket Town will be centrally located, close to local leisure and entertainment facilities. It is expected to open in April 2013.

The hotel will have 120 guest rooms situated near lush gardens and with stunning ocean views. Hotel amenities will include an outdoor swimming pool, gym, spa, well-equipped meeting facilities, lobby bar, pool bar and an all day dining restaurant.
