ResortCom International Names Odilia Orozco Vice President/Client Services


SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA (July 19, 2011) – ResortCom International LLC has named Odilia Orozco to the position of Vice President/Client Services.
 
Odilia Orozco, who began her career with the 25-year old company in 1999 as Merchant Service Supervisor, has risen   through the ranks to her new position as Vice President of Client Services. Her progression through the various levels of responsibility has made her an influential key player in the fresh new executive line up at ResortCom International.
 
The San Diego-based ResortCom International is known as the top performer in Global Portfolio Management exemplified in healthy portfolios, low delinquencies and foreclosures. In addition to loan receivables servicing and portfolio management, ResortCom’ Financial Services Division also specializes in Maintenance Fee Billing and Collections, Merchant Credit Card Services, Tax Withholding Trust administration, Custodial Services and Lender Support.  ResortCom utilizes its comprehensive SaaS (Software as a Service) platform with a fully integrated CRM system to manage any customer questions and follow-up.  The international company provides services in any language or currency.  It also has a Resort Management division called Tapestry Resorts.
 
After her promotion from Supervisor to Manager of Financial Processing Odilia Orozco managed the service and processing of all contracts.  Then as Director of Financial Processing her arena embraced more components of back office processing including the Trust Department. Now as Vice President of Client Services she is in charge of all back office processes and financial transactions that ResortCom conducts for its clients from point of contract through collections.  In her new role she will be responsible for maintaining and developing the strong customer experience which has become the hallmark of ResortCom over the years. 
 
“Odilia is a power house,” Alex Marxer, newly named President of ResortCom says.  “She has grown to be a remarkable leader who knows what it takes to get the job done.  Since she has had the opportunity to work at practically every level she has a thorough understanding of all the working parts and how to tailor them to fit a specific client need. Odilia has lived most of her life in San Diego.  She and her husband Andrew have two children.
