its current contents as a prelude to the property’s demolition.The 276 room hotel contents liquidation is being held on-site at the Former Crowne Plaza Five Seasons, 350 First Ave., NE, Cedar Rapids, IA., and will open to both the hospitality industry and the general public on Thursday, July 7th at 10 a.m. The sale will continue for the next 35 days, Monday-Saturday, 10:00 am-7:00 pm and Sundays, 12:00-5:00 pm. The sale is expected to be well attended so early arrival is encouraged as the sale is “first come, first served”. In essence, this will be a GIANT GARAGE SALE of like NEW furnishings with everything in the hotel being liquidated including 25” color TV's, king and queen beds, wardrobes, 3 drawer chests, nightstands and cocktail tables, bed benches, writing tables, ergonomic desk chairs, artwork, linens, lamps, drapes and carpeting, china and glassware, as well as commercial laundry equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, bar and restaurant furnishings, lobby furnishings, office furnishings, ice machines and 100’s more.
