– The Knowland Group, a

staff since the end of 2010, bringing the total number of employees to
150.
This incredible expansion is necessary to keep up with the
ever-increasing demand
for Knowland’s products and services within the hospitality industry,
especially by major corporate clients.

McKean said. “The new team members allow us to continue to exceed the expectations of hoteliers around the world as we expand our product offerings and features.” In addition to the new hires, Knowland has more than 260 field researchers and 100 employees overseas dedicated to the company’s continuous global expansion. To support Knowland’s progress, the company has expanded office space by more than 500% at its three main locations since the end of 2010. At the state-of-the-art call center in Salisbury, Md., Knowland has the infrastructure in place to continue to ramp up its hiring efforts because the office can seat 250 employees. Each new person who joins the Knowland team must complete a week-long bootcamp at the Salisbury office where they learn about Knowland’s history, products, customers and most importantly, professional business development before training on their specific jobs. In addition to the bootcamp, nearly 50 different training classes are offered throughout the year to keep employees up-to-date on Knowland’s products, services and emerging technologies.
