Crestline Hotels & Resorts to Manage the 204-room Courtyard by Marriott
Washington Capitol Hill/Navy Yard

FAIRFAX, Va., July 1, 2011-- Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced it has assumed management of the Courtyard by Marriott Washington Capitol Hill/Navy Yard hotel. The announcement comes as Chesapeake Lodging Trust, a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), acquires the 204 guestroom hotel which is the closest property to the Washington Nationals Baseball Stadium and in close proximity to Capitol Hill.  The 14-story hotel, which is perfect for business and leisure travel, also includes 2,215 square feet of meeting and event space.  It is within walking distance to the Navy Yard Metro Station.
