has entered into a strategic partnership with TrustYou,
the market leader in semantic search, to offer hotels and restaurants
international social media reputation management. As one of the first
to introduce online social media monitoring for hotels, ReviewAnalyst
further optimized the control hotels and restaurants can have of their
identity through the agreement with TrustYou.
TrustYou, the official supplier for the star classification in Switzerland and Germany, was named the “Most Innovative European Travel Company” at EyeForTravel’s Travel Distribution Summit 2011, and won among tight competition at PhoCusWright’s Travel Innovator Summit 2010 with its TrustYou Analytics application. Offering reputation management through a complex semantic review algorithm, TrustYou Analytics aggregates reviews and postings for more than 400,000 hotels, uniquely reporting on the sentiment of reviews. This distinct value-add has attracted customers like Best Western and Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts.

ReviewAnalyst is used by major chains like Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Omni Hotels & Resorts to monitor and respond to online reviews. Most recently, Hard Rock International tapped ReviewAnalyst for both its hotels and restaurants in 14 countries.

TrustYou and ReviewAnalyst together monitor all of the world’s top travel review and social media sites, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, FourSquare and blogs, for user-generated content pertaining to a particular hotel. By tracking customer interactions over all of the key social media networks, customers receive a comprehensive overview of their hotel’s perception, allowing vigilant companies to seize business opportunities.
TrustYou’s sentiment analysis through semantic search will enable hotels to more easily identify positive, neutral or negative guest experiences. Additionally, properties can sort by category, such as room, service, food, or amenities, to understand strengths they can leverage in sales and marketing, or weaknesses that may require attention.
