Seattle Marriott Waterfront in Washington Completes
$4 Million Renovation

Seattle, W.A. (May 17, 2011) — The Seattle Marriott Waterfront completed a four-month, $4 million renovation project, it was announced by Christopher Sullivan, General Manager.

According to Mr. Sullivan, the scope of the project was to provide an overall "refresh" of the property and focused on four key areas:

GUEST ROOMS
All of the hotel's 345 guest rooms received new carpeting, lighting, artwork, lighted headboards, mirrors, desk chairs, furniture, and curtains. New 42-inch flat screen televisions had been previously installed.  The bathrooms were also updated with new wall coverings, vanity mirrors, artwork, and paint.  All guest room corridors were completely refreshed with new carpeting, wall coverings, and paint.

SUITES
Each of the hotel's 13 suites were totally renovated with new furniture, decor, carpet, wall coverings, and newly redone bathrooms.

CONCIERGE LOUNGE
The Concierge Lounge was also completely renovated with new furniture, decor, carpeting and wall coverings.

FITNESS CENTER
The fitness center received a complete makeover and now features all new Precor equipment with state-of-the-art cardio machines, free weights, and new floor and wall coverings.
