ReviewAnalyst Launches Restaurant Review Monitoring
with Hard Rock International

Social Media and Customer Review Monitoring to be Utilized across more than 75 Venues in 14 Countries

(May 16, 2011) – Hard Rock International has chosen ReviewAnalyst LLC to monitor its social media presence and customer reviews across a multitude of travel, review and social forums. ReviewAnalyst will monitor data for Hard Rock International including Cafe and Hotel properties, marking ReviewAnalyst’s initial launch into the restaurant market.
As social media and consumer reviews continue to play an ever-increasing role in the consumer decision making process, monitoring and reviewing online interactions have become imperative for businesses worldwide.
