On 6/16/11, a representative of Sunroad Enterprises confirmed that
Awbrey Cook
McGill Architects has been selected as the architect on this project.
Construction on this project is several years away, as the developers
need to
acquire approval from multiple agencies including the California
Coastal
Commission. A hotel brand has not yet been announced.

The San Diego Port Commission approved the project on 6/14/11.
