Isle of Capri & Nemacolin Woodlands Casino Resort Project Chosen by Pennsylvania
 Gaming Control Board for State's Final Category Three Gaming License


Lady Luck Nemacolin Casino, a $50 million Project, Expected to be Completed in Nine Months

FAYETTE COUNTY, Pa., April 14, 2011-- Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISLE) and Nemacolin Woodlands Resort announced today that the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has selected their proposed casino project at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, for the state's final available Category 3 resort gaming license.

The casino, Lady Luck Nemacolin, is planned to be fully integrated into the guest experience at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, and is expected to include 600 slot machines, 28 table games, a casual dining restaurant and lounge. The project is anticipated to cost approximately $50 million which is to be funded by Isle of Capri Casinos.  The project is expected to be complete within 9 months of the commencement of construction, which is planned to begin immediately upon the formal issuance of the gaming license.
