Crestline Hotels & Resorts Appoints Meredith Bottenfield General Manager for the
160-room Courtyard by Marriott 37th Street North, in Virginia Beach, Virginia


VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., April 11, 2011 -- Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the promotion of Meredith Bottenfield as General Manager for the 160 guestroom Courtyard by Marriott 37th Street North, Virginia Beach, VA.  The recently renovated hotel is located beachfront on the northern end of Virginia Beach.  Offering resort style amenities, the upscale hotel is perfect for both the leisure and business travelers as it includes 2100 square feet of meeting space.

Ms. Bottenfield was previously the Director of Operations for the Crestline Hotels & Resorts managed Sheraton Oceanfront Hotel, Virginia Beach.  She brings more than 10 years of operations and hospitality industry management experience to this new position.  Prior to joining Crestline she held various positions with Tidewater Hotels & Resorts, as well as Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.

The Courtyard by Marriott Virginia Beach North
The Courtyard by Marriott Virginia Beach North recently completed a total renovation of all 160 guest rooms and suites that includes the addition of flat panel TVs, as well as new bedding, new lighting, furniture and fixtures.  In addition, the Lobby and Restaurant areas have been upgraded to incorporate Courtyard's refreshing business renovations.  This includes the "S Bar" for food and beverage service including the breakfast buffet; new Lobby amenities such as a communal table for work and meetings; as well as a "Go Board" to check out area weather and entertainment; and a TV/Wi-Fi seating area. Outside, the hotel has added a new poolside Tiki Bar for fun and refreshments.  In addition, the hotel's 2,100 square feet of meeting space has been upgraded with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment.
