PHOENIX, Az. – April 15, 2011 – The Arizona Biltmore has named veteran hospitality food and beverage executive John E. Braun, who has 24 years of hotel experience, the historic resort’s director of food and beverage.

Braun comes to the Arizona Biltmore from the Hyatt Regency Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he was executive assistant manager/director of food & beverage for seven years.
