News for the Hospitality Executive
Renovations included improvements to the hotel lobby, restaurant, bar and complimentary breakfast area. The colors in the lobby and complimentary breakfast area are now lighter and more airy in order to create a calm and relaxed ambiance. The service levels have also increased, including a phone call upon arrival, new turndown amenities, a daily signature item on the breakfast buffet, a daily newsletter for guests, an action station at the comp bar for guests to sample the dinner special and more fitness activities, such as a guided 3-mile run on Westshore Boulevard.
The Embassy Suites Tampa – Airport / Westshore hotel is the ideal hotel for business and leisure guests travelling to Tampa, as it features contemporary, upscale guest rooms with all the comforts of home, as well as superb customer service and extensive amenities at your fingertips. Conveniently located three miles from the Tampa International Airport, the hotel is just five miles from Downtown Tampa, a short drive to Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach and minutes from shopping, dining and other Tampa attractions.
General Manager Larry Cooper is very happy with the changes and looks forward to future improvements.
“Tampa is a dynamic city that brings in millions of tourists each year,” said Cooper. “We couldn’t be more thrilled with the recent upgrades to the Embassy Suites Tampa – Airport / Westshore hotel, as it adds an exciting new dimension to the city. Now guests can enjoy upscale accommodations, amenities and personalized service at a reasonable price, while being minutes away from our amazing beaches, vibrant nightlife, premiere shopping and delicious restaurants.”
