Wyndham Garden Hotel Panama City

PARSIPPANY, NJ--(January 4, 2011) - Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, LLC, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN), today announced its expansion in Central America with the opening of the Wyndham Garden Hotel Panama City, a new construction hotel in Panama's capital city.

Wyndham Garden Hotel Panama City serves as a convenient home base for business and leisure travelers, with its close proximity to business, banking centers and tourist destinations. Just 12 miles from Tocumen International Airport and within walking distance of area restaurants and shopping, the seven-story hotel is located on Calle 58 in Panama City's Obarrio neighborhood, a quiet area in the heart of the city lined with trees and luxurious homes.

The property, owned by Hoteles Boutique, S.A. and managed by FR Consulting Group, is the second Wyndham® hotel in Panama City, joining the 301-room Veneto - A Wyndham Grand Hotel in Via Espana, Panama City's banking and financial district.

"We are committed to growing the Wyndham brand in thriving key markets throughout Latin America," said Jeff Wagoner, president of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. "With its variety of natural and urban landscapes, booming commerce and must-see attractions, Panama City is a fast-growing hub for travel. The opening of the newly constructed Wyndham Garden Hotel Panama City is an example of our dedication to providing travelers with a range of lodging options, personalized service and first-rate amenities in the international cities to which they travel."

The hotel's multi-lingual staff provides guests with concierge services throughout the day.

Guest rooms and suites offer mahogany-style headboards; wall-mounted, 32-inch flat screen televisions; coffee makers; spacious work desks; and complimentary wired and wireless high-speed Internet access. Double-paned glass windows ensure a quiet respite away from the bustle of the city and bathrooms are tastefully appointed with marble surfaces, digital scales, make-up mirrors and fresh amenities. The hotel's 500-square-foot suites provide separate living and sleeping areas, sofas and two flat screen televisions in each unit.

At the on-site Tree Restaurant, guests can enjoy a cocktail at the full bar or have breakfast, lunch and dinner daily without having the leave hotel grounds.
