NASHVILLE, Tenn. (January 26,

to its
team. Doug Schmitt has been hired as director of technical support. In
this
position, he will manage the company’s in-house technical support call
center,
which is available to Uniguest’s 6,000-plus customers 24/7/365.
Schmitt is the former manager, application and product support, global tier 3 technical support for Hilton Worldwide in Memphis. As manager, he directed teams for technical projects, as well as ongoing concerns. He is a graduate of The University of Memphis with a B.B.A. in management information systems. “We are thrilled Doug has relocated to Nashville to join Uniguest,” said Mark Oldham, co‐founder and president of Uniguest. “With his experience in the hospitality industry, as well as his expertise in IT, he will be a great asset.
