VISTA, CA. - January 13, 2011 - Rim Hospitality and ABA Development announced today the groundbreaking on its much anticipated Hyatt Place in Vista, CA.  Developed and Owned by ABA Development, the new 150-room hotel is expected to open spring 2012 and will be managed by Rim Hospitality.  "We are excited to bring a new upscale hotel to the City of Vista. The City of Vista has been a pleasure to work with and have been instrumental in the planning and development of this hotel," said Scott Brown, CEO, ABA Development.

A ceremonial groundbreaking for the new 150 room hotel located at 2645 S. Melrose Drive, adjacent to the new Business Park on Faraday will take place at the building site at 1:00 pm on January 13, 2011. 

Located just seven miles inland from the Pacific Ocean, the City of Vista is within great proximity to several major area amenities that include LEGOLAND theme park and a wide range of restaurants and retail stores that make it a perfect setting for a Hyatt Place.  Hyatt Place is specifically designed to offer guests a mix of comfortable and functional amenities in an environment designed to help them stay relaxed, fulfilled and productive while traveling.
