MEMPHIS, Tenn.– January 11, 2011 – Hilton
Worldwide today announced the opening of its
first Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) in the
historic
city of Krakow, Poland’s second largest city and a World Heritage Site.
The
newly built hotel is set on the banks of the Vistula River, just a
short walk
from the old town center, and offers spectacular views over Wawel
Castle. HGI
Krakow will be Hilton Worldwide’s third hotel in Poland, joining the
upscale
Hilton Warsaw Hotel and Convention Center and Hilton Gdansk, which
opened in
July 2010.
