The Spring 2011 Platinum Elite Meetings Alliance (EMA) Hits the Las Vegas Strip

Santa Barbara, CA – January 7, 2011 – Elite Meetings International (EMI) announced that its Spring 2011 Platinum Elite Meetings Alliance will take place at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, May 1-3, 2011. The EMA will bring together top luxury hotels and meeting professionals from around the country to do deals, sample cutting-edge new technologies - including EMI’s SpeedRFP and FaceTime Appointment Scheduler, and experience the most exciting new resort on the Strip. Deborah Sexton, President and CEO of the Professional Convention Management Association (PMCA) and the PCMA Education Foundation, will deliver the event’s keynote address on Monday, May 2nd.

The EMA is a three-day event that brings together prequalified corporate and association meeting professionals with leaders in the luxury hotel industry. It features hundreds of prescheduled one-on-one meetings arranged via EMI’s FaceTime Appointment Scheduler, continuing education sessions for CMP credit, and unique networking opportunities.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, a new 2,995-room casino-resort in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, welcomed its first guests on December 15, 2010.  Comprised of two 50-story towers across 8.7 acres of land, The Cosmopolitan features oversized residential style living space and expansive one-of-a-kind private terraces.
