News for the Hospitality Executive
Las Vegas, January 13, 2011—White Oaks Conference Resort & Spa. is pleased to announce today that it has selected Cenium’s Enterprise Resource Solution for deployment into their resort. The Cenium solution, built on the Microsoft NAV platform, brings together critical key central elements that traditional systems are unable to provide today.
The Cenium ERP system, leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform has allowed Cenium the ability to bring true full integration of financial, supply chain management and customer relationship management into a single-database solution. As a platform, Microsoft Dynamics Nav allows Cenium’s ERP solution to integrate; Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Payroll, CRM, Sales and Catering, Central Reservations, PMS, F&B, Retail, Spa Management, Club Management and Loyalty, for a cohesive integrated property and central office experience.
White Oaks Resort & Spa is a completely unique property in the Niagara region featuring 220 fabulously appointed guestrooms in one of the most chic settings of the country. Rated a Four Diamond, Five Star resort White Oaks has achieved a reputation for outstanding comfort and service. The resort features the award winning LIV Restaurant, Play Urban Café for more casual dining, an internationally recognized Spa, and an amazing racquet and fitness facility. White Oaks Conference Resort is one of the country’s largest IACC-recognized conference facilities offering more than 60,000 sq.ft. of space with a seating capacity up to 1,000.
Cenium will be replacing core third party software solutions currently used on property. These solutions will include financials, CRS, CRM, PMS, Sales and Catering, POS Restaurant/Retail, Spa, Club Management and Workflow. Future installations of HR and Payroll are planned.
“Having worked in an ERP environment for a number of years, I can truly attest to the fundamental difference that ERP brings to businesses. Eliminating multiple systems streamlines the data flow and allows for a collaborative working environment. More importantly, having one source of data provides continuous financial information. Cenium is the only vendor that delivers that financial backbone” said Elizabeth Iannizzi, Controller at White Oaks Resort and Conference Center. “We are very excited about the increased efficiencies Cenium will bring to our property” Iannizzi continued.
Cenium is a global organization with offices in Norway, Iceland, Canada and the United States. Cenium specializes in providing Microsoft Dynamics™ based solutions for the hospitality Industry.
