BUFFALO, NY (February 2, 2011) - Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC, a hotel development and management company, is proud to announce that Kellie M. Williams has been hired as director of sales at the Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus-Polaris hotel, located at 8411 Pulsar Place in Columbus, Ohio.
A hospitality professional with more than 8 years of sales experience, Ms. Williams joined the Polaris hotel from the Westin Columbus where she served as corporate group sales manager for 2 years. Prior to her work at the Westin, Kellie spent 6 years with the Hyatt Hotel & Resort in Columbus. Kellie was hired as a sales assistant at the Hyatt and was promoted twice within 15 months. She worked as the hotel’s sales manager, focusing on group bookings for various SMERF (social, military, entertainment, reunion, fraternal) markets.

Ms. Williams attended the University of Cincinnati, and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio with her husband, Jerrold and their 5 children.
The 118-room, 6-story hotel is located 15 miles from downtown Columbus, off of I-71 less than one mile from Polaris Fashion Place.
