long-time Ritz-Carlton professional, Ian McPhee, has been promoted to
Hotel
Manager of the acclaimed AAA Five Diamond resort. Bringing nearly 30
years of
extensive industry savvy to the role, McPhee will continue to lead The
Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua’s Food & Beverage division -- including its
six
restaurants – in addition to Culinary, Meetings & Special Events,
Spa, Retail
