McLean, VA, 10/26/10 � The Knowland Group is sharing its expertise on how to develop and deliver effective training to clients quickly using Fast HR. Knowland University Chief Learning Officer Bill Cushard discussed these techniques at a webinar hosted by the Center for Effective Organizations (CEO) at the University of Southern California�s Marshall School of Business. The key, Cushard noted, is focusing on the client�s needs instead of the needs of the course designer.

During the webinar Research Professor Theresa Welbourne shared the theory and research behind Fast HR. The idea is that HR professionals should act more like software developers when developing training. Just as a software application is usually released in beta format, then as version 1, version 1.2 and so on, an early version of training should be delivered as quickly as possible, then continually revised. In the webinar, Cushard used his work at Knowland University as a real-world example of Fast HR in action.
