Hotels & Resorts Names Hermann Elger as
General Manager of Montage Beverly Hills
 LAGUNA BEACH, CALIF. –

Hotels & Resorts today announced that Hermann Elger has been
appointed to
the role of General Manager of Montage Beverly Hills. “We’re thrilled to welcome Hermann to Montage Hotels & Resorts,” said Alan Fuerstman, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Montage Hotels & Resorts. “His international experience in luxury hotel management and genuine passion to deliver memorable and extraordinary guest experiences made him a natural fit for this position.” Elger was most recently the General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun, a position he held since 2007. A second generation hotelier, Elger served The Ritz-Carlton Hotel company for 18 years, holding positions in Aspen, Bali, Washington D.C. and Miami. Additionally, he played an instrumental role in the hotel openings for the Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, Dubai, Philadelphia and Bachelor Gulch properties. During his time with The Ritz-Carlton, Cancun, the property was the company’s most acclaimed resort; it still holds the distinction of being the world’s only AAA rated, three-time Five Diamond resort. Elger is a graduate of the University of Denver School of Hotel Management. “Montage Beverly Hills is achieving great success in its second full year of operation.
