Sage Hospitality Continues as Manager of the Hilton College Station &
Conference Center in College Station, Texas and Assumes
Management of 5 Additional Encore Owned Hotels

October 12, 2010 (Denver, CO) – Sage Hospitality, an established leader in hotel management, development and ownership, announced today that the Hilton College Station & Conference Center in College Station, Texas is the first new property to be managed as part of a joint venture announced last month with Encore Hospitality, a subsidiary of Encore Enterprises, Inc.
Dallas-based Encore, a diversified commercial real estate firm, and Denver-based Sage Hospitality, announced last month that they were forming a joint venture to acquire and manage premium brand hotel assets. The Hilton College Station - which Encore recently purchased - is the first hotel in that new partnership. Sage Hospitality has managed the hotel since 2004.
“Sage Hospitality has shown excellent results in managing the Hilton College Station over the past six years; those results were really the catalyst for the creation of this new relationship,” said Encore’s Chairman Dr. Bharat Sangani. “This strategic partnership will combine Sage Hospitality’s strength as a manager with our real estate expertise, allowing us to both to expand our portfolio.” 
As part of the joint venture, Sage Hospitality has also assumed the management of Encore’s five other hotel properties - 
the Hampton Inn San Antonio Sea World, 
the Radisson Memphis Airport, 
the Courtyard Biloxi North/D’Iberville in Mississippi, 
the Courtyard Spanish Fort in Alabama, and 
the Fairfield Inn & Suites Spanish Fort in Alabama.

The 303-room Hilton College Station, which is located less than two miles from the Texas A&M campus, features 28,000 square feet of meeting space, a large outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center and the popular Bell Ranch Steakhouse. The property has undergone $3.4 million in renovations since 2004.
