BEAVER CREEK, Colorado – October 29, 2010 - The Resort Company LLC, an established  mountain resort property management company operating in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Steamboat Springs, Colorado has acquired Western Seasons Management which includes, The Borders Lodge in Beaver Creek, The Aspens in Beaver Creek, The Seasons Lodge in Arrowhead, and a collection of private homes in Beaver Creek and Arrowhead.

The Resort Company is renowned for delivering exceptional guest service experiences through its network of distinctive mountain resort properties.  “The Resort Company is excited to add these properties to our offerings in the Beaver Creek Resort area,” said Bob Milne, president and chief executive officer for The Resort Company LLC. “Guests will experience our unmatched service and the ultimate in alpine elegance.”

“The Borders Lodge, The Aspens, and The Seasons Lodge at Arrowhead fit perfectly into our portfolio of one-of-a-kind vacation properties,” Milne continued. “We have developed a niche for providing high-end hotel style services to condominium owners and guests, which will be complimented by the premier condominiums and guest amenities at these properties.”

The Borders Lodge has 79 units and is located slope-side with Beaver Creek’s Chair 14 just off the lobby door for a convenient ski-in/ski-out experience.  The elegant Studio to 3 bedroom condominiums all have spectacular views of Beaver Creek Mountain to the South and the rolling fairways of Beaver Creek Golf Course to the North.  Guests can relax year-round and take in the view from the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs.  The Borders is walking distance to the many fine shops and restaurants of Beaver Creek, or guests can take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service.

The Aspens is a distinctive group of townhomes, tucked into the hillside of Beaver Creek with sweeping views of Beaver Creek Mountain and Village.  The 4 bedroom + den/4 bath units are elegant, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with 3,000 square feet of living space.  Private elevators service the 4 levels, and from the third level there is access onto the ski way.

The Seasons at Arrowhead sits at the base of Arrowhead Mountain and offers a Village-to-Village ski experience connecting Arrowhead through Bachelor Gulch to Beaver Creek Mountain.  The Seasons at Arrowhead has 31 beautifully appointed Lodge rooms and Studio to 3 bedroom condominiums, featuring all the comforts of home including private balconies with great views.  Arrowhead Village is a gated community for the ultimate private experience.  Amenities include the Arrowhead community outdoor heated pool, hot tubs, and fire pit, as well as The Broken Arrow and The Vista restaurants, all just steps away from the front door.   The Seasons Lodge at Arrowhead is also well known as a beautiful place for weddings.  Both The Seasons Lodge at Arrowhead and The Vista Restaurant next door offer sweeping views from their patios of the Country Club of the Rockies Golf Course and the Rocky Mountains beyond.

Ryan MacLachlan will continue to serve as the general manager for The Borders Lodge in Beaver Creek and Karla Kohnen at The Seasons Lodge at Arrowhead.  Mike Lange, VP of The Resort Company and GM of The Charter at Beaver Creek, will oversee the operations for the new properties. “We have gotten to know Ryan and Karla through this transition,” said Lange, “we feel they hold the same high level of personalized service and attention to detail, a Resort Company standard.”
