of 120-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Mount Prospect, Illinois

2, 2010 - Jeffrey A. Raday, President of McShane Construction Company,
is pleased to announce the recent award of the 120-room Hampton Inn
&
Suites on behalf of developer Casto Lifestyle Properties. The new
hotel will be located at Randhurst
Village in Mount Prospect, Illinois.
Randhurst Village is a 100-acre, mixed-use redevelopment project of the
former Randhurst Mall that will offer a variety of retail, dining,
entertainment
and hospitality components.The building’s exterior will feature masonry and metal paneling, complemented by aesthetic and fashionable interior finishes. In addition to numerous guest suites, the four-story, 166,650 square foot Hampton Inn & Suites will incorporate generous conference areas, fitness center, swimming pool and 24,242 square feet of ground floor retail space. This hospitality project will offer several sustainable features, including energy efficient HVAC and water systems, the utilization of natural light and a construction waste recycling program. “McShane Construction has extensive experience within the hospitality and mixed-use markets. We are delighted to have been selected for this important assignment and look forward to delivering this high-quality hotel for Casto Lifestyle Properties that will enhance the overall appeal of Randhurst Village as a retail and entertainment destination,” remarks Raday. The dynamic Randhurst Village redevelopment will include a state-of-the-art 14-screen AMC cinema, in addition to well known retailers and restaurants, such as Carson Pirie Scott, Bed Bath & Beyond, Costco, Home Depot, Jewel-Osco, Borders, The Sports Authority, Old Navy, Buffalo Wild Wings and Steak ’n Shake, among others. The Hampton Inn & Suites is scheduled for completion in Spring 2011.
