Jennifer Tucker Appointed as Director of Group Sales for
Gasparilla Inn & Club in Boca Grande, Florida

BOCA GRANDE, Fla. – (November 9, 2010) – The historic Gasparilla Inn & Club, located on Florida’s picturesque Gulf Coast, announces the appointment of Jennifer Tucker as director of group sales. In this position, Tucker will oversee all group meetings and functions for the National Historic Landmark resort. She will lead the coordination of corporate retreats, executive meetings, and incentive travel programs.
 
“Jennifer brings more than a decade of sales management experience within Florida’s hospitality industry, which she will use to ensure that groups visiting The Inn are delighted with their experience, from service and superb amenities,” said Jack G. Damioli, president and general manager of the resort.
 
Prior to joining The Gasparilla Inn & Club, Tucker served as the national and executive sales manager for Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee, Fla. She has also been the national sales manager for ConferenceDirect in Englewood, Fla., and has served as sales manager for Intercontinental Hotels Group and the Radisson Hotel, both in Orlando.
