Vi Older Adult Residential Communities Choose AHLEI for Training

Orlando, Florida, November 2010—Vi, a developer, owner, and manager of residential communities for older adults, has selected the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI) to provide online training and professional certification for its housekeeping and maintenance employees and managers.

AHLEI will provide Vi with online courses and video programs with comprehension quizzes including nine housekeeping programs, five maintenance/engineering programs, and the nine-module “Supervisory Skill Builders Online” program. In addition, Vi will receive study materials and access to online exams for the Certified Hospitality Housekeeping Executive (CHHE) and Certified Engineering Operations Executive (CEOE) professional certifications. The new program was unveiled at a company meeting and training session in mid-August.
