Compass Hospitality Selected to Manage the 582-room
Windsor Suites Hotel Bangkok, Thailand

Bangkok, December 21, 2010 - Compass Hospitality Company Limited is pleased to announce that the group has been appointed by the owners of Windsor Suites Hotel to manage the 582-key Windsor Suites Hotel with effect from 1 January 2011.

Compass Hospitality has been working closely with the hotel owners since its appointment in end-October 2010. Plans are underway to renovate the hotel in phases, starting with the key club floor facilities. Renovation works under the first phase are expected to commence after the New Year and is scheduled to complete by the middle of next year. Other hotel facilities will be upgraded progressively while operating and service standards will be improved.

Occupying a prime site of 6 rais in Sukhumvit Soi 20, the hotel has a Garden Wing with 124 rooms and a main tower block with 458 rooms. The hotel has numerous food and beverage outlets catering to a variety of specialty cuisines. Enjoying a wide selection of banquet facilities numbering a total of 23 function rooms, the hotel has been, for years, a favourite choice venue for meetings, seminars and weddings in downtown Sukhumvit area. The hotel has a spa which will be re-branded as Ananda Spa, an in-house lifestyle spa brand under Compass Hospitality.

Compass Hospitality will be working with its travel and sales partners to spearhead new sales and marketing initiatives for the hotel.

Located in prime Sukhumvit Soi 20 with another entrance from Sukhumvit Soi 18, the hotel offers a total of 582 guest rooms. Bulk of the rooms are each spread over a spacious 45 square metres, featuring separate living and sleeping areas. There is a total of nine food and beverage outlets in the hotel, not counting the retail bakery outlets located at BTS and MRT stations. A total of 23 function rooms can cater up to 5600 persons.
