registration and the Housing
Bureau for
the 2011 Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference
(HITEC®) are
now available online at HITEC.org.
HITEC
2011, a service of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals
(HFTP®),
is the world's largest hospitality technology exposition and
conference. The
conference is June 20-23 at the Austin
Convention Center in Austin, Texas USA. “Austin is the headquarters of HFTP and it is our honor to share this vibrant city with the hospitality technology industry,” said Frank Wolfe, CAE, CEO of HFTP. “We heard a lot of great feedback about Austin when it hosted HITEC 2008 and I believe attendees will enjoy how close hotels, restaurants and entertainment options are to the convention center.” Billed as the "Live Music Capital of the World," Austin is an energetic city with lots to offer its visitors. The Austin Convention Center is rated as one of the most technologically advanced convention centers in the country. The convention will once again be based off of top trends identified by the industry experts comprising the HITEC Advisory Council and the new HITEC Executive Vendor Advisory Council. The top trends will be the backbone of the Super Sessions, a group of broad topic sessions dedicated to pressing issues in the industry; the concurrent sessions; and a collection of white papers, which are written by industry experts and published in The Bottomline magazine.
