Hotel Concepts Begins Construction of the 218-room Hampton Inn & Suites in
SeaTac, Washington - Scheduled to Open Early 2012


City of SeaTac, Wash. (Sept. 9, 2010) -- Seattle-based Hotel Concepts announces the construction of the Hampton Inn & Suites to be built at 18850 28th Avenue S. in the City of SeaTac.
 
Scheduled to open in early 2012, the hotel will feature 218 rooms with a total of 195,000 square feet of space, including 53,000 square feet of parking space, most of which is underground. Amenities will include a pool, fitness room and meeting space.
 
“This will be our fourth hotel in the City of SeaTac,” said Faruq Ramzanalli of Hotel Concepts. “We are very impressed with how every department within the city works with developers. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we are on a first name basis with every one there.”

Hotel Concepts develops, builds, owns and manages each of their hotels. Their portfolio includes the Fairfield Inn and Holiday Inn Express in SeaTac, Hampton Inn & Suites and Fairfield Inn in Bremerton, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express in Seattle, Candlewood Inn in Lakewood, and three projects that are currently in design, the Holiday Inn Express in Tacoma , Holiday Inn Express in Federal Way and a project in Kona, Hawaii. The company developed and assisted in the opening of the Ramada Inn & Suites in SeaTac.
