Hospitality Information Services, Inc. 

Portsmouth, NH – September 7, 2010 – Newmarket International, Inc. (, the worldwide leader in sales and catering software solutions for the global hospitality and entertainment industries, announced today the acquisition of Hospitality Information Services, Inc. (, the leading  provider of market research information for the hospitality industry.  Hospitality Information Services (HIS) is based in Walnut Creek, CA and will operate as a division of Newmarket International.
