NASHVILLE, Tenn. (September 13, 2010) — Uniguest™, a provider of print, technology and specialized services globally for the lodging, restaurant and health care industries, has been named a 2010 Future 50 Company by the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. This is the third consecutive year Uniguest has received this honor, which recognizes 50 of the fastest-growing companies in Middle Tennessee. According to the Chamber, the awards are a key indicator of the most successful businesses in the region. A Future 50 company must exhibit revenue and employment growth, as well as possess leadership, innovation, vision, creativity and drive in order to build a successful enterprise. In addition to the above criterion, Future 50 award winners must be privately owned, headquartered in Middle Tennessee and have 10 or more employees or annual revenue of at least $500,000. The nominations are collected by the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and tabulated by Kraft CPAs, the official accounting firm of the Future 50. “Future 50 companies are a testament to the ideal business climate in Middle Tennessee,” said Chamber President and CEO Ralph Schulz. “The success of these companies helps drive economic growth in this area . . . It’s important that we recognize these companies for the contributions to our community.” “We are proud to be selected once again as a Future 50 company,” said Shawn Thomas, CEO and co-founder of Uniguest. “It recognizes our passion, drive and the exceptional commitment we have to our customers in providing top service and support. We look forward to continued growth for a long time.” Uniguest will receive recognition as a Future 50 company at a reception and awards dinner on Oct. 21 at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, 611 Commerce Street. Launched in 1992, the 2010 Future 50 Awards are presented by the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Bank of America. The Media Partner is Tennessean Media Group; Official Lighting Partner is Bandit Lites; Associate Sponsors are Delek U.S. Holding/MAPCO Express and Kraft CPAs; and Supporting Sponsor is Frost Brown Todd.
