Michael Goralski Appointed Executive Chef at
the
Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole
(July 27,2010) Jackson Hole, Wyoming… Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole recently appointed Michael Goralski as its new executive chef overseeing culinary operations for its three restaurants, catering and in-room dining services. Goralski joins the Jackson Hole property from the Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, where he enjoyed his role as executive sous chef for two years. “Being named executive chef is a milestone in my career,” said Goralski. “But, really, the most amazing aspect of my career is that I am still doing what I love after 19 years. What I do is a craft. It’s a marathon – not a sprint.” In his new role, Goralski will infuse his talent and knowledge
of several
cooking styles and latest techniques into the menus for the resort’s
celebrated
Westbank Grill and The Peak restaurants. Additionally, he will
oversee
The Lobby Lounge and seasonal Pool Café, as well as menu
development
and operations for the resort’s extensive catering services and in-room
dining.
Goralski’s stand-out creativity and strong work ethic have earned him positions in some of the nation’s top dining establishments, including Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, and two other Four Seasons properties, which also include the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale, since 2004. “Four Seasons offers the best environment to succeed in what your passionate about,” said Goralski. “They embrace the strengths of their employees and, overall, this philosophy facilitates the company’s success.” For more information about Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole, visit www.fourseasons.com/jacksonhole or call 307-732-5000.
