an exciting thing to do!� A Canadian national, Mr Francis, is a seasoned
hotelier with more than 25 years experience working in a number of renowned
hotel chains in Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong and The Bahamas.
Mr Francis joined the Langham Group in 2004 as the Hotel Manager of The
Langham, Melbourne in Australia.
