Hilton Worldwide Signs Management Agreement with F&F

Operate The Panamera, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Panama

McLean, Va. � (August 23, 2010) � Hilton Worldwide announced that it has signed a management agreement with F&F Properties to introduce The Panamera, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Panama City, Panama. The property, which will be managed by Hilton Worldwide under the Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand, is currently under construction and is anticipated to open in the second half of 2011. This will be the brand�s first hotel in Latin America and Hilton Worldwide�s fifth development in Panama. The Panamera, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel will be the second collaboration in Panama City between Hilton Worldwide and companies led by F&F Properties and its president, Saul Faskha. Featuring 130 guest rooms and 118 luxury residences, the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Panama will boast an exquisite elegance displayed throughout the hotel�s public areas and accommodations. The property will feature an array of recreational facilities including a 1,200-square-foot fitness center, a 2,500-square-foot spa and an outdoor swimming pool. For the perfect meeting environment, the hotel will offer 4,600 square feet of meeting space and a versatile business center where guests can access a variety of services.
