The City of Paducah, Youngblood Excavating, and PRC Environmental have contracted with National Content Liquidators, Inc. (NCL) of Springboro, OH, leading experts in hotel liquidation management, to divest the property of all saleable assets to make way for demolition of the property for future redevelopment. The sale will continue for the next 45 days. Early arrival is encouraged as hundreds of people are expected to walk through the doors in the first few days and the sale is first come, first serve.
