EZYield.com Signs Exclusive U.S. Distribution Agreement with
Hotel Market Analytics Innovator, iNNtelligenz


Leading global distribution technology provider announces
new partnership with market intelligence provider


Winter Springs, Fla. — May 25, 2010EZYield.com, the original SaaS technology platform for channel management and reservation delivery technologies, today announced that they have signed an agreement to become the exclusive reseller of iNNtelligenz in the North American hospitality market. iNNtelligenz is a SaaS-based market intelligence tool that collects hotels’ online rates in selected markets from major travel websites, ensuring that indices and trends are always accurate, up-to-date and represent the entire market.

Unlike other "Rate Shopping" tools that focus primarily on providing rate information for a user-selected group of competing properties, iNNtelligenz pulls online pricing and availability data for the whole market on a daily basis, and converts the data into intuitive graphs and charts. Not one, but three competitive sets are automatically pre-populated in the reports, so not only direct competitors are monitored, but also those that are normally positioned below and above the normal rate structure. These competitive sets can be completely customized by the user in a matter of minutes. The cloud-based tool also alerts the user as soon as any relevant changes occur in their market, such as when higher-end hotels that are not normally considered competitors begin reducing their rates for specific periods, changing the normal market landscape.
