Windsor Management Services Employees
SANTA MONICA, CALIF. June 22, 2010 - In the first half of 2010, nearly 1 million guests stayed in 30 upscale hotels throughout the U.S. managed by Windsor Management Services, the management arm of Windsor Capital Group, Inc. headquartered in Santa Monica, Calif. Guests experienced best-in-class service, evidenced by recent awards given by Hilton and Marriott, recognizing the Windsor team for its industry leadership. I am extremely proud of what we have accomplished in the first half of the year, said Bill Upshaw, President and Chief Operating Officer of Windsor Management Services. Weve got a fantastic and dedicated team that is committed to our guests, to the owners who trust us to manage their hotels and to upholding the impeccable reputation Windsor Management Services has built during 30 plus years. Tim Billing, General Manager of the California-based Embassy Suites San Luis Obispo, was awarded the prestigious Hervey Feldman General Manager of the Year Award from Embassy Suites. This annual award recognizes one General Manager whose outstanding contributions led to their hotels success. Billing also joins Embassy Suites Brea-North Orange County General Manager Russ Tanakaya in the 2010-2011 class of the Embassy Suites Circle of Leadership. They are two of only seven General Managers selected by Embassy Suites to participate in the leadership program this year. More than 200 General Managers were eligible. Windsor Management Services team members are consistently recognized with the Spirit of Embassy awards, given to those who have made outstanding contributions to their properties, communities and colleagues. Out of the 10 Spirit of Embassy winners named in March and April 2010, four were Windsor employees:
