ROSE HALL, JAMAICA - June 24, 2010 – Tony Mira has been appointed general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Golf & Spa Resort, Rose Hall, Jamaica, announced Marco Selva, Area Vice President of the Southern Region for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C.   “I am delighted to be in Jamaica at a hotel renowned for delivering the highest levels of service on the island,” said Mira. “I plan to continue the success of this beautiful property and I look forward to working with all of its exceptional ladies and gentlemen,” Mira added.   Mira brings a wealth of experience complemented by a strong leadership background to the position after serving in the hospitality industry for over 32 years. Mira served as general manager at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport in Missouri, the Oakbrook Hotel Chicago, Illinois and The Stouffer Hotel, Battle Creek, Michigan.
