June 23, 2010 - Que Huong Liberty to develop the first Pullman in Ho Chi Minh City. Pullman Saigon Centre will be a 300-room newly built upscale hotel, with contemporary architecture and chic interiors. Located right in the city centre in District One on Tran Hung Dao, Pullman Saigon Centre will be oriented towards welcoming business and leisure travelers from around the world and will help fill the continuing demand for upscale accommodation in the city.

Accor previously announced that this hotel will be developed as Novotel Saigon Centre, however, with its capacity and first class meeting facilities, this property is now being upgraded and developed to Pullman specifications.

Accor recently announced that it would double the number of rooms under management throughout Vietnam with 12 additional hotels committed to development.

When completed in 2013, Pullman Saigon Centre will comprise of 1,500 sqm of ballroom and meeting facilities, two restaurants, a bar, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre.
