1. All offers should be submitted on the form of Letter
of Intent ("LOI") provided by contacting [email protected].
2. In addition to the submission of the LOI, please also provide
the following: (a) a detailed financial statement for yourself and
any partners (as applicable), highlighting the necessary equity needed
to close the transaction; (b) a detailed resume for yourself and any partners
(as applicable), highlighting your hotel ownership and management experience,
and (c) the lender(s) that you plan to seek acquisition financing from.
3. If you require another tour of the Property, or if you have
not already toured - please contact Zane Varvel to arrange a tour.
Offers submitted by parties who have toured the Property will be given
preference.
