Warmbrodt Hotel Investments Selected to Advise in the Sale of the
Value Place - Nellis Air Force Base Located in Las Vegas, Nevada

The 242 suite Value Place - Nellis Air Force Base is in the final stages of construction and is scheduled to be completed June 30, 2010.  This extremely well located property is within one block of the main entrance to Nellis Air Force Base.  Nellis AFB employs over 13,000 military and civilian personnel in addition to 1,340 temporary duty personnel, creating tremendous demand for the Value Place property.
