Pamela Feeley Appointed Director of Sales and Marketing
for the Sonesta Hotel Downtown Orlando

Orlando, FL, April 27, 2010 – Mark Moravec, General Manager of Sonesta Hotel Orlando Downtown, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pamela Feeley to the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for the newly-renovated Orlando hotel. 

“I am very pleased to welcome Pam to this key position at Sonesta Hotel Downtown Orlando as we advance this global hotel in the Orlando market,” said Moravec. “Pam’s extensive career in the hospitality and hotel industry, as well as her enthusiasm for developing and marketing quality hotels, will be a fundamental asset to the company.” 

With over 18 years of extensive hotel and hospitality experience, Feeley has relocated to the Central Florida community specifically for this opportunity with the Sonesta brand. Over the years, she gained experience in various positions within the industry, such as Sales Manager, Director of Sales as well as Regional Director with other well-known hospitality brands. Feeley has successfully repositioned various hotel properties, created and executed plans to increase occupancy rates as well as planned and implemented marketing strategies during her nearly two decades-long career in the industry. 

Most recently, she served as Director of Sales and Marketing as well as Regional Senior Sales Manager for the Grand Bohemian, part of the four and five-diamond quality Kessler Collection portfolio, in Denver, Colorado. Feeley graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and Recreation Marketing.
