UniFocus Launches Global Online Training Initiative

Self-Paced Learning Environment Utilizes
Interactive Real-Life Scenarios

UniFocus’ TMS may also be customized to deliver content in multiple languages for international users.

The UniFocus self-paced TMS was designed to attain a higher rate of knowledge retention by utilizing interactive, real-life scenarios that engage learners. Online courses are available 24/7 to accommodate busy schedules and can be taken in multiple sittings at any location with Internet access. UniFocus’ online training system enables management to track all employee training activities so that they can know when a training module has been completed and view scores displayed on the dashboard; they can also be assured that users have the competence to utilize the software when certified online or alternatively notified whenever there is a need for remediation. Associates may likewise view course and report-related information about themselves and update their personal system information. 

Online training modules for UniFocus products are designed to simulate the special software features that relate to various underlying scenarios. Each course is modularized to focus on specific topic areas for ease of completion, and self-paced so that there is an opportunity for review. Administrators can view and edit additional course information and download specific reports. Managers may print out Certificates of Completion to provide associates with a personal sense of accomplishment and help boost morale.
