Carlson Hotels Appoints Peter Feran General Manager of
the 142-room
Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam, Located in Bandar Seri

SINGAPORE � (Mar. 19, 2010) � Carlson Hotels, one of the world�s leading hotel companies, has appointed Peter Feran as general manager of Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam, a 142-room property located in the heart of downtown Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei�s capital city. The property will be converted to the upscale, full-service Radisson® brand on May. 1, 2010 and marks Carlson�s entry into Brunei, a country located on the north west coast of the island of Borneo. Feran, an Australian national, will take the helm of leadership at the hotel on March. 17, 2010. A natural leader with strong operational skills and background, Feran has almost two decades of international hospitality experience in hotels throughout Asia, Australia and the United Kingdom. Prior to his latest appointment, he was hotel manager at the Radisson Plaza Hotel Sydney, a heritage-listed property. �We needed a strong leader with extensive experience and an exceptional
property performance record to bring the full Radisson brand experience
to our guests in Brunei, which is also a new market for us. Peter�s experience
in all facets of hotel operations will be a key strength as we continue
